More About Me

I have been a full-time real estate agent/Realtor since 2002 with Coldwell Banker ONE (name changed from Saurage Realtors as the result of a merger in 2007). Over my career, I have brokered over 700 real estate transactions totaling over $150,000,000 in sales volume. While the majority of these transactions are residential, there is a portion of them that are commercial and land deals. My sales volume has consistently earned top honors and awards at the company level, as well as the national and international level of the Coldwell Banker organization.

In addition to client representation, I have over 15 years of experience in personal real estate investing. This includes ownership in rental properties (residential, multi-family, commercial), land development and property flipping projects.

For the past 10 years, I have consulted a barge company on their river frontage leasing and land acquisitions.

I have sat on our company’s agent council since 2007. I was elected the first two years and have been on it based on sales volume ranking since 2009. I have and continue to serve on multiple committees at the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors.  I am currently on an advisory committee for a community bank, as well as one at St. George Catholic School along with their Athletic Association. I also sit on the board of directors of a federal credit union.

With extensive knowledge of the Greater Baton Rouge Area's market, I can manage any of your local real estate needs and have a network of experienced agents in other areas and states that I can refer clients to, should the need arise.
